<p>모든 제품의 탄생 뒤에는 그 제품만이 가진 고유한 정체성을 확립해 나가는 노력이 뒤따른다. 삼성전자 반도체 메모리 제품도 마찬가지. 초고속, 고용량을 자랑하며 소비자용 SSD 시장을 선도하는 Portable SSD T9과 T7 Shield가 기능성뿐만 아니라 디자인적인 우수성도 인정받았다. 바로 독일 국제 디자인 공모전인 ‘iF 디자인 어워드 2024’에서 수상의 영예를 안게 된 것.</p>



<p>‘iF 디자인 어워드’는 세계적으로 높은 권위를 자랑하는 디자인 공모전으로, 독일의 Red Dot, 미국의 IDEA와 함께 3대 디자인상으로 불리고 있다. 크게 제품, 패키지, 커뮤니케이션 등 9개의 카테고리로 나눠 평가하며, 그중 Portable SSD T9과 T7 Shield는 제품과 컴퓨터 부분에서 상을 받았다.</p>

<p>T7 Shield는 iF 디자인 어워드는 물론이고, ‘Red Dot 디자인 어워드’, ‘Good Design 어워드’에서도 수상한 이력이 있다. 한 손에 쏙 들어오는 크기에 우수한 합성 고무 소재와 튼튼한 디자인으로 많은 소비자들의 주목을 받고 있는 제품이다.</p>

<p>최대 초당 2,000MB의 연속 읽기∙쓰기 속도를 지원하는 T9은 영화 한 편을 2초 만에 저장할 수 있는 초고속 포터블 SSD다. T9은 신용카드와 비슷한 콤팩트한 크기에 부드러운 촉감을 지닌다. 비대칭 사선의 굴곡과 카본 패턴을 적용해 마치 고급 지갑이 연상되는 것이 특징이다.</p>
