<p><strong>모바일 D램</strong><br>[Mobile DRAM]</p>



<p>모바일 기기를 작동하는 데 쓰이는<a href="https://bit.ly/3dnsTCX" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/3dnsTCX" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> 메모리 반도체</a>. </p>



<p>모바일 D램은 컴퓨터에 사용되는 <a href="https://bit.ly/3A47uZf" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/3A47uZf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">D램</a>(Dynamic RAM)과 같이, 모바일 기기에 특화되어 장착되는 D램이다. 주기억장치인 D램은 전원을 끄면 데이터가 소멸되는 휘발성 기억소자로, 보조기억장치보다 읽고 쓰는 속도가 매우 빠르다.</p>



<p>컴퓨터를 구성하는 중앙처리장치(CPU), 보조기억장치(<a href="https://bit.ly/36yg5ps" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/36yg5ps" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">HDD</a>/<a href="https://bit.ly/3i93WN7" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/3i93WN7" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">SSD</a>), 주기억장치(D램)와 같이 휴대용 디지털 기기에도 모바일 특성에 맞는 장치로 구성되는데, 바로 <a href="https://bit.ly/2T8z1rE" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/2T8z1rE" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">모바일 AP</a>(중앙처리장치), <a href="https://bit.ly/3ifQk2D" data-type="URL" data-id="https://bit.ly/3ifQk2D" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">eMMC</a>(보조기억장치), LPDDR(주기억장치)이다. 모바일 D램은 CPU역할을 하는 모바일 AP와 데이터를 주고 받으며 데이터를 빠르게 처리 할 수 있도록 하는 작업 공간 역할을 한다.</p>



<p>D램은 데이터를 읽고, 쓰는 속도에 따라 DDR1,2,3로 구분하는데 숫자가 하나씩 높아질 수록 데이터 처리 속도는 2배씩 빨라지게 된다. 여기서 이동성이 강조되는 휴대용 디지털 기기에 적합한 고성능, 저소비전력 D램이 바로 &#8216;LPDDR(Low Power Double Data Rate) D램&#8217;이다.</p>
